About this project

This is a customer-facing educational video on how to read their new energy bill. I received this project brief from Kristin Anthony's Go Design Something. This short educational video was designed to be sent out via email to all new customers of an energy company as a part of a personalized onboarding strategy and kept on the website for future reference. The audience consists of customers who are of varying ages, education levels, and economic statuses.
